Our Client are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who will assist Project Directors in Creating and implementing world class events across the UK and the World. The successful applicant will have a forward thinking and creative mind set which matches our clients. Not only will Events be a big part of your role but live meetings and conferences will have to be balanced.
Help Plan and Deliver national and international projects supporting colleagues
Communicate with exceptional customer service skills to clients, delegates, suppliers and other team members
Plan and mange financial aspects including budgets and reconciliations
Maintain and adhere to a set project timeline prioritising key tasks
Properly and accurately complete all admin functions and delegate database systems
Drive for improvements in processes through following and reviewing process
One to two years’ experience
Client facing experience with high quality customer service skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Impeccable time management, problem solving and communication skills
