£12.70 per hour

Futures Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced and motivated administrative assistant to be based in Tower Hill. You will be responsible for providing assistance to the Executive Assistant and for client-facing colleagues with our client's wealth department.


Key Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant position:

  • Expense claim processing and travel booking

  • Ad-hoc Audio typing

  • Formatting of reports and letters in line with company branding

  • Answering the telephone, handling queries, taking messages where relevant

  • Dealing with all post

  • Preparation and issue of meeting packs including printing and converting to PDF

  • Arranging meetings, both client and internal


Experience Required for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 2 years administration experience - essential

  • Desirable to have worked within a large corporation

  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • The ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise work

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Excellent organisation skills with a superb eye for detail.
