Key Responsibilities:

New business sales calls

Negotiating contracts

Developing relationships with new and existing clients

Face to face sales and service meetings

Screening candidates and matching them to roles

Advertising vacancies

Building relationships with candidates

Working towards set targets and KPI's

Skills & Attributes Required:

Strong customer service skills
Proven ability to bill consistently
Strong desire to progress in your career
Strong communication skills both verbal and written

In order to succeed in this role, you will need great determination and focus. It is crucial as a consultant to have a clear understanding of the client and candidate's journey throughout the hiring process.
